Our Services

We believe a successful project is: Beautiful, Comfortable, Durable, Healthy, and Efficient. To that end, our company is focused on Custom Homes, Additions, and Substantial Home Renovations that share those goals. We approach every project with long-term building performance and the well-being of the occupants in mind.

Architecture.

Architecture is about a place, its position on the land, its spaces inside, how people use it and move around it. It is what we see and inhabit everyday. It is impossible to say that architecture is just about a ‘building’ it is so much more. It isn’t just about the building envelope and the structure, although that is an important aspect. Our Architectural projects are varied from small additions to large new residences.

Architecture can be as simple as expanding an existing room, creating a new home, or updating an existing home.

Interiors.

Architecture and Interiors overlap but the interior design is a much more detailed look at the products used on the inside of the building. Interior Design is focused on the materials, layouts and details inside the building. Some aspects of the interiors that we help our clients include lighting selection, tile selection, kitchen design and layout, custom built-in design, and project coordination to help manage the many options and selections needed during the design and building phases.

Site Layout and Landscape.

Site design is a critical part of the architectural process as a building is placed on the land in a particular way, but some of our clients involve us in a more detailed level of landscape that extends the indoor living space to the outdoors they include patios, walkways, lighting, outdoor appliances and kitchen, pergolas and fireplaces.

Sustainable Design.

We incorporate some level of sustainable design in all of our projects. There are many different ways to look at sustainability and reducing one’s impact on the world. Due to budgets and project conditions we look at each project individually. Some projects have the goal to reduce or eliminate their dependence on the ‘grid’ while others are about making a building air tight and insulating to conserve heat and reduce energy bills. There are many different technologies and programs available to minimize our impact on the earth’s resources.
